    I placed an online order from Asda Westwood for delivery by Just Eat for my daughter who was ill. I received a phone call from my daughter and could hear shouting in the background. She was asking me for a code I should have received when I placed my order and the shouting was the delivery driver demanding the code. I am absolutely disgusted with this behaviour towards anyone never mind an ill person. You need to look into who you hire Asda !!

    I made an order online and use got my whole order wrong, when I phone use up a girl answered and said that they couldn't do anytime because I got an express delivery and it was to do with uber eats and I didn't even order on uber eats, then I went on to Asda website and I was put through to chat box and it said that I can place a refund and that it would take - working days which is a joke. I will definitely won't be ordering from Asda again this a ridiculous now I've to go buy more food and I will be going somewhere else. Don't order from Asda they are useless

    Called into Asda as usual I was in a hurry!Decided to use the self scanner to speed my shopping experience.At the self checkout it deemed it necessary for a quality check! . No staff in attendance!Eventually I was told the battery operated scanner the staff use had run out of battery, I waited for the quality check to be carried out. So much for my quick shop!!

    Ordering stuff online kinda getting annoyed now always Receiving Sub items sub items on my last order.Just some of them I ordered strawberry breakfast bars and they sub it for Raisin breakfast bars? You telling me they don't have anything else nicer than Raisin bars?Also got chicken bacon sandwich filler they sub it for egg bacon now I'm not biggest fan of egg and not everyone is so come on no other ones?I feel like they should call your number when they don't have what you want so you can make the decision yourself I know you can amend it online but I tried and did not give me options too.I know asda cheaper but I'll stick to using sainsburys because this is getting silly now every week sub items
